Compared with mechanical gauges and gauges, buoy pneumatic gauges have the following characteristics:

1. It can measure various dimensional parameters, shapes and position tolerances of the workpiece, especially for some mechanical measuring tools and gauges which are difficult to solve, such as the depth of the borehole, the inner diameter of the small hole, the width of the narrow groove, etc. Easier to implement.

2. The magnification of the measuring instrument is high, and the human error is small, which will not affect the measurement accuracy; there is no mechanical friction during work, so there is no return error. The operation method is simple, the reading is easy, and continuous measurement can be performed; especially when using a multi-tube pneumatic measuring instrument, when measuring multiple sizes at the same time, you can see at a glance whether each size is qualified.

3. The measuring head is not in direct contact with the measured surface, which reduces the influence of the measurement force on the measurement result, avoids scratching the surface of the measured object, and is especially suitable for the measurement of thin-walled parts and metal parts.

4. Since it is non-contact measurement, the measuring head can reduce wear and prolong service life.

5. The main body of the pneumatic measuring instrument and the measuring head are connected by a hose. The position of the measuring instrument and the measured part is convenient and flexible.

This instrument is used in conjunction with various pneumatic measuring heads or pneumatic measuring devices produced by our company. The working pressure of the gas source is 0.3 to 0.7 MPa. The size or shape and position parameters of the test piece are accurately measured by the comparative measurement method. The following measurement items can be realized: inner diameter, outer diameter, slot width, hole pitch, depth, thickness, roundness, taper, coaxiality, straightness, flatness, parallelism, perpendicularity, air permeability, and tightness. According to the needs of the measured parameters, as shown in the figure below, the instrument can be spliced into multiple tubes (up to ten tubes).
